SALES
🚪 100 for 40: The Violent Sales Sprint

Every summer when I need a shock to the system and fill a pipeline with an ungodly amount of volume, I run what I call 100for40. It's the 75Hard of payment processing sales. It sounds cool, but it is not for the faint of heart lol. People used to talking to 10 people a day will hate this. It is not for them. It is for the people that want a shock to the system (and a pipeline full of leads and MIDs).
Here's the setup.
100 outreach touchpoints a day, for 40 days, weekends off (you need to not lose your mind).
A touchpoint is anything that puts you in front of a prospect: a door, a call, an email, a digital door knock, a comment on a business owners thread in a Facebook group, running ads to an audience. Mix them however you want. The number is the number. 100. Every day. For 40 days.
This is not sustainable year round. That's the point. It's a shock to the system, the same way an ice bath is a shock to the body. You don't live in the ice bath. You get in, you reset, you get out.
You pick a start date and block 40 weekdays on a calendar. Print it. Tape it to the wall. You build a simple scoreboard (a notebook works, a custom app tracks better) with one column per channel (doors, calls, emails, DMs, comments, ads) and the only rule is the daily total hits 100. Some days you'll knock 60 doors. Some days you'll send 80 DMs from the couch. The composition doesn't matter. The 100 does. As Alex Hormozi likes to say, the rule of 100 solves most of your problems.
That's it. That's the whole program.
By day 4 you'll hate it. By day 25 you'll be a different operator. By day 40 you'll have somewhere around 4,000 touchpoints in the market and a real number you've never had before: how many touchpoints it actually takes you to close one merchant. That number is worth more than the deals you closed during the sprint. Once you know the math, you never have to wonder if you're doing enough again.
Reply to this email with "100" and I'll send you the #100for40 playbook.
MARKETING IDEA
🎯 Steal The Brand Collab Play (payments edition)

You've seen it everywhere. Two brands from totally different industries do a limited-time collab. A coffee brand and a sneaker company. A hot sauce and a candle. It works because each brand borrows the other's audience for a minute.
Nobody in payments is doing this. Which is exactly why you should.
Here's the move. Find a brand, business, or association that already has the merchants you want, and that you don't compete with. An accounting firm. A restaurant supply company. A local chamber or trade association. Anybody sitting on a list of business owners who need to accept payments.
Then you build them a co-branded, limited-time offer. Something their audience gets because they're part of that brand's world. "[Restaurant Supply Co] x [Your Brand]: free statement analysis and 90 days of waived fees for any member who switches this month." You handle the payments side. They look like a hero to their list. Everybody eats.
The pitch is the hard part for most people. So don't write it from scratch. See the prompt below.
AI PROMPT IDEA
🤖 The Brand Collab Prompt

This is the prompt I use to turn a potential partner into a ready-to-send pitch packet. One important step first: it only works if your AI already knows your company. Feed it your foundation doc (your offers, your niche, your pricing, your tone) before you run this. Garbage in, garbage out.
Copy/paste this into Claude or ChatGPT:
You are my brand partnerships strategist. You already know my company from the foundation doc I gave you. I want to pitch a limited-time co-branded collaboration to [PARTNER NAME], a [describe what they do and the audience they have]. Do three things: (1) Write a one-page collab pitch document I can send them — frame it around what THEY get and how THEY look good to their audience, not around me selling payments. (2) Write the copy for a teaser social post that shows their audience what the collab could look like. (3) List 3 specific co-branded offer ideas, each with a hook, the mechanics, and what each side is responsible for. Keep my voice direct and human, never corporate.
The output is rough material, not gospel. But it gets you 80% of the way to a pitch in about five minutes instead of staring at a blank doc for an hour.
Reply with "COLLAB" and I'll send you an example of a teaser graphic too.
🎯 Resources, Tools & Useful Things
Tango Card — Send digital gift cards (Amazon, Starbucks, Visa) inside outreach or as thank-yous after a close. Mail merge ready. Better than physical mail for warm prospects who already know your name. The reply rates on a $10 Starbucks gift card with a personalized note are absurd.
⚙️ Notion AI — If your playbooks, prompts, foundation docs, and notes live in seventeen different places, this fixes it. Notion AI builds into your existing workspace to help you write faster and pull tasks and knowledge together without switching tools. Good home for that foundation doc you're about to feed the collab prompt.
